Connect your software to landlords who run their properties on DOOLAE: rooms, tenants, meter readings, bills, PromptPay QR payments and LINE — with each landlord's permission, and never their passwords.
Sign in with Google to get your API keys. The portal has its own sign-in, separate from the DOOLAE landlord app.

Properties, rooms and tenants
Read and manage a landlord's buildings, rooms and who lives where — with the same rules as the DOOLAE app.
Meter readings
Record electricity and water from your own system or smart meters. DOOLAE validates and recalculates unpaid bills.
Bills and QR payments
Create monthly bills, share PromptPay QR pay links and follow payments the provider has verified.
LINE messages
Send bill notices and messages to tenants on DOOLAE LINE. DOOLAE queues and retries; nothing is sent twice.
Signed webhooks
Get bill, payment, tenant and meter events pushed to your server, signed, retried and replayable.
A real sandbox
Every application gets a sample landlord account for test keys, with simulated payments and messages.
